According to the new law of the European Union, every applicant is obliged to sign a declaration on the use of personal data. We need this to introduce you to employers and subcontractors.

Personal data may not be collected, processed or evaluated without the knowledge and consent of the person concerned. This means that the collection of data is generally not permitted unless the data subject has given explicit permission. Please fill out the following data protection declaration, sign it and send it to us by e-mail. Since the declaration of consent is only issued for Germany, the text is only written in German. Please print out the completed form, scan it with your signature, place and date and send it in this form to our e-mail address: info@jobsandspirit.com

Although we are a Croatian company, the declaration is written in German as this is required by German employers.
