Branko Erich Valčić

Branko Erich Valcic – Assessor Iuris – worked as a lawyer in Berlin for 26 years. Mr. Valcic has been living in Zadar / Croatia since 2016. The company Jobs & Spirit d.o.o. was founded together with Mrs. Ljiljana Valcic at the beginning of 2017. Mr. Valcic is responsible for concepts and the development of the company Jobs & Spirit and is the contact person for employers from Germany. Mr. Valcic speaks German, English and Croatian.

Žan Štefković

Žan Štefković is a certified translator in the language combinations German (C2), Croatian (C2) and French (B2); other languages he speaks are English (C1) and Italian (A2). Žan was born in Zadar / Croatia, but grew up in Bavaria / Germany and graduated from high school there before moving to Zadar in 2009. Žan Štefković has been working for Jobs & Spirit since May 2019 and is responsible for candidate documents, customer contact, the company presence on social networks and the internal organization of the company.

Cvita Pavlović

Cvita Pavlović grew up in Wiesbaden and Zagreb and has lived in Zadar since 2001. She is married and has one son. She has many years of experience in management positions in retail and has also worked as a simultaneous interpreter, which has enabled her to develop her linguistic precision and intercultural skills.

At Jobs & Spirit, Cvita is responsible for communicating with candidates, preparing them for interviews, and ensuring smooth communication between employers and applicants. She is fluent in English, Croatian, and German.

Responsibilities

Mirjana Meyer

Mirjana Meyer is a trained industrial management assistant with further education as an accountant. She is the mother of two adult daughters and has also been working with alternative healing methods for 15 years. She was born in Germany and lived in Upper Bavaria from 2008 to 2014. She has been a recruiter since 2016 and a team member of Jobs and Spirit in Germany since 2018. She speaks English and German.

Responsibilities

Dr. Mohammed Abdelkarim

Dr. Mohammed Abdelkarim is a lecturer in German literature at Cairo University.
He studied German language and literature at Al-Azhar University, completed a scholarship at Goethe University Frankfurt, then worked as a research assistant in Cairo, earned his master’s degree in Vechta, and received his doctorate from the University of Wuppertal.

Dr. Abdelkarim comes from Upper Egypt and now lives in Cairo with his wife and four children.
We are delighted to welcome him to the Jobs & Spirit team – especially since he himself says that he feels “at home” with us.
At Jobs & Spirit, he is responsible for recruiting and preparing medical professionals from Egypt.
